i use windows xp home and have a ati radeon 7500 video card...

i use windows xp home and have a ati radeon 7500 video card and an all in wonder tv ve capture cared. First i can not access my tv as second monitor on ati video card it says out of range and change settings to 1024 by 768 and 75hz and i'vedone that still won't work.  and on the capture card i can't install the tuner without getting a code 10 error.  Anyone know how i can solve my video problem?

Did you ever solve your issue?  I have an all in wonder 9600 Pro and i have three drivers that get code 10 errors.  I've tried everything and still zero.
