I went here to the US on a B-1 visa to expire may 2. My company then petitioned for an L-1 and it has been approved - validity is from may 2 to may 2009. i would still need to go back to my home country to settle some things. does this mean i can go back to the country even after may 2(end of my B-1visa)? and when i need to go back here to the US, do i have to apply for a new visa to re-enter the US? thanks
