My Visa expires on 10/15/2003. This will mark the first 3 years of my H1 Visa. I have applied for a extension of my H1B Visa.
The state of NJ has given me a drivers license till 10/15/2003. But since INS is taking a llong time to process the visa extensions, will I get a extension on my drivers license if I show proof of application for Visa application. I have the original receipt stating that INS has received my application. Can anyone please answer my question?
