We have recently found a 4yr old Shih Tzu and brought him into our home.  He's a wonderful companion for our 3yr old poodle.  We have contacted his previous owners who do not want him because he is a "runner".  Is there anything I can do to stop him from constantly trying to bolt out the door when he knows we are going out?  I don't want him running away from us.
