93 honda civic the ac dose not coolany sugestion!

The ac system has ben converted to 134a. I vaccumed the system down to 28hg and checked for leaks and then serviced it to 50psi on low side-high side is at 225psi the ambeint temp of 85F. But the air coming out of the vents was only 62F.what else could be wrong?
