How does one distinguish between the nuances of the English language, including the lexicon, spellings, and syntax, to make it appropriate for American, European, or Asian audience?
Are there any Web references that provide information about how these regions differ in their usage of English?

OR is there a "version" that is acceptable to them all -- a variant that can be termed "International English?"
