I replaced the head gasket on my 1988 Chrysler Lebaron turbo @1000 miles ago. I now find that there is oil in my radiator and coolant tank. The car sat for over a year before I got the work done. The car is not overheating or losing a lot of oil.  Could there be any other cause besides the head gasket since I did not do an engine flush afterward?  I did not notice any milkiness in the crankcase.
