I FLUSHED OUT MY COOLING SYSTEM AND RAIDIATOR,AND I REPLACED THE THERMOSTAT IN MY 1998 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. BUT THE TEMP STILL GOES UP AND DOWN AND MY HEAT BLOWS OUT COLD AIR. WHAT SHOULD I CONSIDER DOING NEXT? WHAT COULD THE PROBLEM BE?
