I have a 1987 Chevrolet celebrity and well the horn doesn't seem to be working. I have no clue where the horn is except for the horn on the stirring call um. OK I'm not very smart when it comes to Chevrolet's. Could you please help me find the horn under the hood. I really would like it to work. Oh No it isn't working at this time.
