Im going to England in a few months. Im almost 15 but I don't have permission from my mom to get a tattoo but I just want a small one. Is there anyone who will take me email me at pixie_stix03@hotmail.com

(I just want a small pot leaf or peace sign)

... If you will thanks and Ill keep it to myself where I got it since its illegal and all.
