I have a friend who is a diabetic ( i believe type 2) The other day my friend checked her blood sugar level and it was 80 (which is normal, so ive heard) and then she started to eat candy and cookies like a mad woman. until her blood sugar level was around 400 i believe. Than injected herself w/ insulin.. is this ok? it seemed odd to me, that a diebetic would eat like that. I asked her about it, and from what i get she does it often. Should I be concerned? She works out a lot.. She's a personal trainer.. I dont know if that matters, but maybe if she worksout what she does at night w/ the cookies and candys isnt that bad? Please help me, im really concerned, Thanks
