I HAVE A FRIEND WHO HAS WHAT I BELIEVE TO BE A 10,000 DOLLAR NOTE. IT HAS A EAGLE LANDING ON THE U.S. FLAG WITH  COUPLE OF SAIL SHIPS IN THE WATER IN THE BACKROUND ON THE BACK OF THE BILL.ANY INFO WOULD BE GREAT. THANK YOU
