I have a 1997 Dodge Grand Caravan, it has a 3.0 engine with the 3 speed transmission. I need help on figuring out the problem in my transmission. I had it out and put a rebuild kit in it and still have the same problem. The problem is it will not shift up. I believe it stays in 1st gear. I drive it 25 to 30 mph and the engine is reved pretty high by then. I have reverse, but it just will not shift into higher gears.
