I have a 98 Dodge Dakota 5.2 litre. When engine is cold it won't start. It turns over fine then acts like its flooded. I have not touched the throttle pedal. Once started its ok. Not sure if its related, but the gas milage seems to have gone down from 18 mpg to around 10 mpg.
