I have a 1992 dodge spirit 6 cylinder., the other night I was driving home when the battery indicator went low and my lights went dim. I've replaced the alternator except that when I was pulling off a part that looks like a wiring harness one of the prongs snapped off. Doesn't sound like a big deal but while I was at the part store no one could tell me what this part was called or replace it. I took it to another part store same deal. Can some one please tell me what this part is as I've said this is the part that comes off the wires and fits on top off two male prongs it comes directly out of a black box and also has the wire that goes to the alternator which is covered by a plastic guard.
