I have a nine month old miniature dachshund. I've recently noticed that when he is aroused it appears that he has an extra set of testicles. They probably aren't testicles but that's what they look like, except they come completely out of his shaft. So he has the two in the back like he's supposed to have, but then he has two knots that feel like rocks inside. Is this probably cancer or what? I'm currently looking around for a good vet to take him to that's not too far away. He hates riding in a car. So if anyone knows what could be going on PLEASE let me know.
