My windshield wiper fuse has blown (AGAIN!)in my '96 vw jetta and I need to know which fuse it is so I can change it.  The stupid lady I bought the car from 3 months ago never sent me the owner's manual (despite me calling and reminding her at least 3 times) so I can't check it on my own.  I would go out and pull out every single fuse and through process of elimination figure it out but I live in Minnesota and it is basically a blizzard out right now. (Hence the need for wipers) If anyone knows, please let me know so I can stop cursing out the lady in my head i bought the car from.
