I have a 91 Dodge Caravan.  Something has been shorted out...due to my keys touching the open ignition area.  (the ignition was changed and the cover missing) The van starts and runs fine, I have headlights but no turn signals, no power locks and no radio.  I have checked all the fuses and replaced the body control module...nothing works so far.  What about the relays?  Can't find any wiring diagrams on this vehicle.  Any suggestions?
