Hey, I really want to get my belly button pierced, but you have to be 14 in Michigan with parent consent, and I'm turning 13 this year. My mum said that I can get it done for my 13th birthday, but I don't know how old you have to be in Ohio, Canada, or Indiana, to get it done. Those are the only places my mum will go, and I don't think she'll let one of my sisters friends do it. So does anyone know what I should do?
