My vaccuum cleaner was plugged last weekend and I noticed a crimp in the cord.  Wires were exposed and during this time my puppy had an accident which got the wires wet.  There was a popping noise and I noticed an electrical smell and saw shorts/sizzeling coming from the area.  I unplugged it and fixed the break and its' completely dry.  However I went to use it this evening and it worked fine up until the moment the circuit breaker tripped off.  Any explaination for this?  Is my vaccuum cleaner toast?  It's only 1 1/2 years old.  Help. susiegrace@jps.net
