I am uk citizen who married an american. he had major drug problem and i never sorted out my legal status. i had 3 children with him and went backwards and forwards from us to uk. I had to get a 6 month visa on my last trip to visit him in 2001 and over stayed that by 3 monthes. I have since remarried and not been to usa for 4 years. Will i be able to take kids to see grandparents now.
