99 Chrsler LHS battery light comes on after i drive it approx 10 miles.  changed the alternator and it did not change anything.  i can drive the car and after a while the light comes on, but when i stop the car and turn the ignition off and then re-start the car, the light goes back off....only to return later.  i have noticed that my led readouts(mileage, PRNDL, etc..) seem to flicker somewhat as well as the interior lights seem to flicker when the door is open.  seems like the voltage going through the system is not very steady.  help??  where/what should i check.
