I have a 1994 Cadillac Sedan DeVille.  Turn signals do not work correctly when activated.  I have new bulbs in the rear and the top and bottom lights do not light up the way the should together when activated.  I changed the flasher and it works correctly.  I have checked fuses.  PUZZLED IN GREENVILLE, SC
