I stay in Montgomery AL and you have to be 18 or older to get a tattoo but I'm only 16 I was wondering where could get an tattoo from a professional near me but I have my parent's consent

u  can  get one at  a  tattoo shop  but  just tell them u  were born in 1985 that should make u 18

no pro will tattoo a child, turn 18 and get your tattoo,or have your artist and parents go to jail
