I have done my medicals along with my family (wife and 2 daughters) under the Skilled work group in August 2005. In Sep 2005 CHC, London asked from designated Medical practitioner to submit additional reports for my youngest daughter aged 7 years. She has been declared moderately Autistic.I submitted the reports in October 2005. Now can any one tell me how long it will take to get the VISA, since I submitted my PR and landing fees. As per the new legislation children with disabilities are admitted, thus enabling the principal applicant and other members as admissible. Please provide me information.
