I have a 1999 Ford Windstar and find that the rear heater will not blow hot air. The fan works fine, and the hoses leading into the fan are hot, just not getting heat. Someone had indicated it could be an actuater. Anyone up on where to look for this? I guess its the control for the plenum doors that open or close to let in heat.
