I have a 1998 Chrysler Concord that will NOT shut off once I turn it off and pull the key out. The wheel locks, the windows won't work, BUT the car keeps running. The only way I can stop it is to open the hood and pull the fuse in that fuse box. My mechanic has tried switching them and said the car will shut off if you do so in about 30 seconds after staring it, otherwise he has to pull the relay fuse under the hood also. Anyone have any experience with this problem?
