Im (18)a resident of Florida and my boyfriend(19) was up until three years ago when his parents moved up to Georgia, so in Florida to go to school he was considered Out of State. But now im moving up to Georgia to live with him and his parents, we want to get married (me and him, not including his parents). If and when we do get married will that make me a resident of the State? Or if I want to start college again will I be considered Out of State? Or just in general how do I become a resident of Georgia just in case if when we get married im not considered ( a resident)?
