I am retired Navy.  I have never traveled Space A before.  At one time I thought I read something in the  Space A rules that said that a wife could only travel on Space A travel on flights outside the US.  Is this true or could my wife accompany me on a flight to Oregon?  What is the military base to travel from if we want to go to Portland, Oregon?  What is the best Website that gives all the rules and regulations regarding Space A?
