I Have a Confederate States of America $1000 Dollar Bill--#297  Montgomery,  May 28, 1861. Signed by  Alex B.Lelicth Er.alt Register and El. Elmocey (?)treasurer== not sure on the spellings. on bottom says recievable in payment of all dues except export duties. Nothing on back. has an M encircled by ovals of 1000 and other side is 1000 encircled by ovals of 1000. Also to portraits- one on either side under M and 1000.
