I have a 1922 PHILIPPINES FIVE PESOS
Paper Bill.  President McKinley is on the
Left side of the Front / while his V.P.
Dewey is on the Right.  this is a Tresury
Certificate in pretty good shape. The word
"VICTORY" appears on the left front, and is in Bold Lage Letters on the back of the bill.Can someone tell me about this bill??
