i am facing problem in retrieving postmortem logs. with simulator and during normal run windview identifies and upload postmortem logs but after crash windview failed to identify postmortem log. sometimes it is identifying but unable to open the log. i am getting error message " unknown event received  type: 9999" error no varies each time. moreover size of the log more than 5MB. i configured PM buffer as .125 MB. i have configured PM buffer in config.h and boot is updated . i tried all troubleshooting techniques. if anybody encountered this problem before please reply.

i am using MBX 860 PPC which boots using flash resident image and takes application image thru network.
