in active mode, FTP server connects local port 20 to random port that is determined by client randomly. because client sends PORT command that contains port number and client IP address through control channel at the beginning. connection process is mentioned like this by a lot of sources. but if two or more client simultaneously ask for connection to the server, what will server do? which port it uses for data channel? there is only one port 20.

Nope, there are an infinite number of port 20's.  Just like more than one person can be connected to port 80 on a webserver.  The uniqe identifier is the full combination of source ip, source port, dest ip, dest port.  As long as any one of those is different between 2 different connections it's all good.
