My husband was on L1 visa and myself on L2 visa. He got his H1 visa, but did not file for H4 for me. Also, he did not join the company which filed him the H1. Now am I "out of status"? Can I apply for a H4 without going to India ? Since my husband does not have the pay stubs will there be a problem for getting H4. ? Is there a problem while going to india, since I am out of status ? Thanks
