I Have a rental house in which the tenant locked up 3 dogs for several weeks and upon our entering the house within seconds our legs were covered with fleas. The animals have been out of the house a month. We have bombed all three floors repeat idly and still have fleas-  we have also removed all carpeting and padding - scoured the floors and installed new padding and carpet- yet we still have fleas.  Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.

borax into the floors.  If the floors are wood the fleas will lay eggs in the wood.  I would call either a pest control company or read about herbal treatments that deter fleas.  I'm surprised about the dogs with as cheap as Advantage or revolution is...that they didn't put anything on those poor dogs...just think about how anemic they are now after all the fleas on them.  It's a shame.  BAD TENANTs...not all pet owners are flakey!!!
