I have a 4 year old yellow lab. In her first  litter she had 12 healthy pups. (a little over a year ago) Does anyone know the chances of her having that many again in a second litter? :-0 I assume the number of times the dogs mate(actually "lock up" ) will not affect the number of pups...or am I wrong?
