I just got a Pembroke and the breeder that I got her from called me and said that if I'm going to breed her to watch for bladder infections or urinary track infections when she is pregnant. Because if she get one it will end in death of the dam and puppies, but I can not find anything about that on line is this true or not. The breeder said that she was told this by a man that was going to buy one of her puppies but he just wanted a male. When she asked him why he would not take a little girl he told her that.
