I have a 1989 Dodge spirit, with a 2.5Litre Engine the car...

I have a 1989 Dodge spirit, with a 2.5Litre Engine the car will start for a second, but want Idle or accelerate; it has a new fuel pump installed in it, but the injector is not constantly throwing fuel out. I have been told that there is a fuel shut off on it somewhere, the question is where and how many prongs are on the plug and are they in a straight line.
