I have a 89 dodge pickup D100 with a 318.  About a week ago I heard this clicking noise and sometimes the clicking is very loud and when it's loud my truck drops below normal rpm and begins to run very rough, sometimes quits running.  If it quits I have no problem starting it back up but it starts all over again.  If I allow the truck to warm up for about 30 min, the clicking and rough ride is not so bad, but if I allow it to cool off a little, it does it again.  The first start of the day is the worst, I start it with no problem and as soon as I do, it begins.  I think I have pinpointed the problem (part throttle unlock relay) but I'm not sure.  Please, if you have any info about this let me know ASAP.  Thanks.
