Are you talking about the breed or the place?? You should make your questions more specific!! SUGAAR- You must not own a chihuahua then if you think they are bad tempered b/c they are not.Maybe they are if you spoiled it but thats not its fault thats the only way he/she knows of. I definitely agree with vickygirl. chihuahuas are not bad tempered. if you force them to get mad or annoyed or feel threatened it's your own fault. they can be very sweet but a little nervous. they are not the best dogs if you have small children because when they feel threatened ( ear-pulling,leg-grabbing,etc.) they may try to bite. they are great companions though
