My AC Compressor went bad. A new compressor was installed...

My AC Compressor went bad.  A new compressor was installed and now neither one of the fans will come on.  I can disconnect the AC so that I can drive the car, however I still need to know what is causing the fans not to operate.
Is there anything else that can be done to figure out this problem?
