Hi I have a Chi/Jack Russell mix pup about 11 weeks old. Yesterday I saw that she had lost her appetite. I also noticed blood and mucus in her stools. I recently got her dewormed and saw round and tapeworms in her stools. She is very playful but doesn't seem to want to eat. She also keeps trying to defecate but cant seem to get much out... I gave her mineral oil to see if maybe she has a blockage? I don't have money to spend on a vet but love my puppy very much is there anything I can do to find out what is wrong or an all around treatment?

Thank You!
