1997 DODGE STRATUS BLOWS COLD AIR WHEN HEATER IS ON, REPLACED THE THERMOSTAT, TOP RADIATOR HOSE IS HOT, CAR DOES NOT OVERHEAT, HEATER CORE NOT LEAKING INSIDE THE CAR, CAN FIGURE IT OUT, ONLY THING I FOUND WAS THAT THE OVER FLOW OR WHERE YOU ADD THE ANTIFREEZE WAS EMPTY, FILLED IT TO PROPER LEVEL STILL NO HEAT, PLEASE HELP, IT'S COLD IN OHIO RIGHT NOW!
