99 cavalier need to find the relay for the day time running...

99 cavalier need to find the relay for the  day time running lights "left high beam" to pass inspection. i replaced the bulb and removed the turn singal  ajustment .i cleaned all the contacts and put it back in.         i checked the voltage in the line and no power so i looked it up and there's a relay .can you help me find out the location.
