How do I convert pictures [emailed to me in body of email with attach "spacer gif"] from GIF to JPEG. When I right click to save in "my pictures", they save but are blank when viewed. Can anyone walk me though what I need to do to save these pictures so they can be printed eventually via online service. Thanks.
