1992 chevy pickup I get a check engine light after driving...

1992 chevy pickup  I get a check engine light after driving 10 minutes.  Code 32 (EGR)  I have checked the vacuum solenoid, and replaced the vacuum solenoid, changed the EGR valve, changed the temp sensor, checked the throttle position sensor.  I still get the check engine light code 32.
Can anyone help?
