Both of my parents are remarried and my dad and his wife live in Gillett PA and I live with my mom and my stepdad in NY state. My stepfather does not want to sign financial aid for me and my mother can't do it with out him, my dad and my stepmom can't do it because my mom and stepdad claim me on their taxes. Now i can't go to college anywhere because none of my parents can sign for me. I dont know what to do.
