I WAS PULLED OVER BY A police officer WHO SAID THE VIEW OF my license PLATE  was obstructive AND THAT HE COULD ONLY READ A PARTIAL PLATE of 7 number of 123__3456,THE NUMBERS HE READ AS PARTIAL ARE ALL OF THE NUMBERS ON THE PLATE,  I WAS SEARCHED , MY TRUCK WAS SEARCHED AND I WAS ARRESTED. BUT THEY HAD TO HAVE A REASON TO STOP ME AND THEY USED THE CVC VIOLATION AS AN EXCUSE TO STOP ME.  NOW I AM IN COURT FOR A FELONY AND I NEED TO KNOW IF THE EVIDENCE CAN BE SUPPRESSED DUE TO THE POLICE OFFICER WRONGFULL   TRAFFIC STOP.
