all of a sudden my 5 month old puppy is acting completely...

all of a sudden my 5 month old puppy is acting completely different. She cant stay still she twitches and scratches has no interest in playing. she got her shots last week and threw up the liquid the doctor said was suppose to help her with the shots some how. Do you have any ideas on whats wrong with her, just so I have a idea what to expect for the vet visit. Thank you!
