I have a 87 Plymouth Reliant K with what seems to be a Loose Temp sensor wire, this comes from the fact that when ever the wire tip even the rubber end touches metal the engine temp skyrockets but when it isn't touching metal the engine temp gauge reads ice cold but it has stressed the owners of the car and it seems no mechanic can tell me where the wire attaches it is similar to another wire that attaches to a protruding bolt on the block near the AC and spark plugs on the forward side of the engine
